Front End Associate

The Front End Associates are responsible for the look and feel of the facility. Their main focus is to ensure the members are greeted upon each visit and that the facility is cleaned throughout the day.

They will be assigned zones that will change monthly. These zones are to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized each shift. They will also be trained on front end operations; Such as member accounts, prospect accounts, agreements, cancellations and freezes.

Starting pay is: $8.50 (Probationary Period of 90 days)

Job Requirements:

- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs

- Customer Service background

- Must be able to clean zone(s) effectively and efficiently

- Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per pay period

- Must have weekend availability

Compensation: $8.50 per hour
